Beam Plans to Clean Up with Alliance Central Vac System

Electrolux's new option can take on those big messes quickly.

August 01, 2013

It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from the world of central vac. Now, Electrolux is looking to clean up with the new Beam Alliance system.

The new option combines communication, filtration and energy saving technology to deliver better air quality and quiet cleaning power. According to the company, the Alliance is the result of three years of engineering and research.

It’s got a high-efficiency motor for 700 air watts of cleaning power and boasts 30 percent less energy than your typical central vac.

Other features include suppression technology, hose handle power control, the “Press and Release Bucket,” and a permanent, self-cleaning HEPA filter. It also has two-way communication between the power unit and hose handle, so users can stay informed about the system’s performance.

“The BEAM Alliance System is designed to make cleaning easy, fast, quiet and more thorough,” says Brian Campbell, BEAM’s brand and trade marketing manager. “Consumers can ‘enjoy the messy moments,’ with the confidence that the BEAM Alliance System will clean them up.”

Designed to create a healthier living environment, the Beam Alliance System can be installed in both new and existing homes. It’s available now via Beam dealers and online at Beam.com.
